Delivery
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will ship the available items and send the rest once in stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable and depend on the order's weight and location. Delivery times may vary. You are responsible for taxes, including sales tax, VAT, and customs duties. Contact us within 5 days if there is any damage to the items upon delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. For dissatisfaction, returns can be processed up to 60 days with the 60-day Money Back Guarantee on handsets and devices.
Items must be in good condition with original packaging. Contact support@evemberg.com to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
International Returns
Customers outside the US & Canada must pay return shipping costs. If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive damaged or incorrect items.
Non-returnable Items
Custom and personalized products, as well as personal care goods, cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
